Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup whole oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 banana optional
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients and blender and mix until smooth
