This salad comes together easily. I used store-bought smoked salmon to cut down on time and make this a super convenient dish. I take a 30 minute lunch break most days and from start to finish I was able to assemble this salad in less than 10 minutes.

Yes indeed. As long as you have a smoker that is well suited for indirect heat and allows you to cook at lower temperatures.
