Green onions are a sneaky ingredient as it adds flavor and a bit of crunch. The dressing is fresh and light, but packs a bit of a punch with the fresh ginger that adds a bit of happiness to your dish.

I slightly tweaked a recipe from the restaurant Gjelina for this sauce which I make once a month and use it on multiple different recipes.
