Collard Green Recipes

Collard greens are probably one of the most underrated vegetables ever. It's borderline criminal, but definitely disrespectful how little love collard greens get world wide and here in the States. I am to change this, by pushing boundaries and exploring different culinary uses of the holy greens greens. Collard green recipes here represent traditional and non-traditional, riffs on established recipes and totally new original ones, and all meal types from main dishes and sides to even beverages and appetizers. To hell with kale, collards are taking it's rightful place on the greens throne.
