How to Cook Brussel Sprouts In Air Fryer
This is not really a recipe. It’s literally Brussel Sprouts for a few minutes in the air fryer and then tossed with a fantastic simple citrus-fish sauce.
Step 1: Halve the Brussel Sprouts and toss in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper
Step 2: Air fry at 360 degrees for 10 minutes
Step 3: While the sprouts are frying mix up the sauce ingredients. Toss the sprouts in the sauce and serve.

Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts Cooking tips
- This recipe works with roasted or broiled sprouts
- Don’t crowd the pan. Work in batches if needed as you want the Brussel sprouts to have the necessary room to crisp up
- There are lots of good fish sauces out there, but Red Boat is the best for my money
- Don’t sauce the sprouts until you’re ready to serve them
- This is a magic sauce and works with other vegetables like green beans and asparagus. Also makes for a good dipping sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped finely
Instructions
- Mix Brussel sprouts in a mixing bowl with the olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 360 degrees F. Add sprouts to fryer and cook for 10 minutes flipping about halfway through
- While the sprouts are cooking mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside
- Remove sprouts from the fryer and add to mixing bowl. Toss the sprouts in the glaze.
