How to Cook Brussel Sprouts In Air Fryer

This is not really a recipe. It’s literally Brussel Sprouts for a few minutes in the air fryer and then tossed with a fantastic simple citrus-fish sauce.

Step 1: Halve the Brussel Sprouts and toss in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper

Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts Cooking tips

  • This recipe works with roasted or broiled sprouts
  • Don’t crowd the pan. Work in batches if needed as you want the Brussel sprouts to have the necessary room to crisp up
  • There are lots of good fish sauces out there, but Red Boat is the best for my money
  • Don’t sauce the sprouts until you’re ready to serve them
  • This is a magic sauce and works with other vegetables like green beans and asparagus. Also makes for a good dipping sauce
